We pack all parcels carefully and strive to only ship products in perfect condition. Unfortunately couriers are occasionally clumsy however, and every now again a mistake is made by our staff...we're only human! Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with the service you have received and we will rectify problems on a case-by-case basis.

  • Help us...By saving any packaging in which you received the bottle.
  • Help us...By not opening the whisky if you received the wrong product!
  • Help us...By checking the Parcelforce tracking number which we sent to you by e-mail if there has been a delay in receiving the parcel.
