A group of friends and lovers of Andalucian wine who founded a crack squad of sherry hunters in 2005. They scour Spain’s bodegas for the very finest butts of ancient fortified wines, initially for the pleasure and privilege of the organisation, and latterly for discerning members of the public. It’s basically like the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, but for sherry.
