Want to know how to make delicious cocktails at home? Join us for one of our cocktail demonstrations at the Drinkmonger Spirits Festival. Each demonstration is completely free to attend with this ticket (but spaces are limited) and will cover how to make a classic drink plus a variation using the same spirit base. You can then choose one or the other of these drinks to sample in the chapel cocktail demo area.

As leaders in exciting bitter drinks, there is nobody better qualified than Campari, to introduce you to a world of grown-up cocktails. Tristan will take you on a journey with a bitterly complex twist.

At this session, they'll be making:

Black Manhattan – Averna, Rye, Bitters

Spiced Orange Negroni – Appleton Estate 8, Campari, Bottega Cinzano Rosso, Ancho Reyes Original, Grand Marnier
