Want to know how to make delicious cocktails at home? Join us for one of our cocktail demonstrations at the Drinkmonger Spirits Festival. Each demonstration is completely free to attend with this ticket (but spaces are limited) and will cover how to make a classic drink plus a variation using the same spirit base. You can then choose one or the other of these drinks to sample in the chapel cocktail demo area.

Hear from one of Edinburgh’s finest rum bars, as they work their magic with the excellent spirits from the world renowned Foursquare distillery. and show you how to make two delicious yet twisted drinks.

At this session, they'll be making:

Popcorn and Oil - Doorly's XO, Bajan pepper butter popcorn infused XO float, Velvet Falernum and Angostura Bitters

Bullfinch - Lychee-infused Doorlys 3YO (47%), Bianco Vermouth, Lime and Tamarind & Coriander Soda
