Blanco tequila from Jalisco, Mexico. While the spirit was not aged, it was rested in oak barrels briefly, giving it a fresh vanilla roundness.

Colour – Brilliant platinum, light body

Nose – Lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality

Palate – Agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit

Finish – Ultra smooth with a bright and crispy finish, notes of almond, key lime pie, and toasted coconut
