A blend of five indigenous Riojan varietals: Viura, Malvasia, Garnacha Blanca, Torrontes & Tempranillo Blanco - each vinified separately and aged for five months in new French oak, with regular battonage. This blend is a harmonious masterpiece: The nose is restrained, gently smoky, and showing delicate floral and apricot fruit notes. On the palate there's a dense core of ripe white fruit and citrus, and wonderful tension between oak, fruit and acidity. Elegant, complex, and with extrordinary definition.
