Potentially some of the oldest Trousseau vines in the world, dating to 1932, and rumoured to be up to 30 years older than that! Hand harvested, fermented with natural yeast in concrete bins. Following this, there is malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. The wine is then stored in concrete eggs for maturing and fining. The style is reminiscent of Red Burgundy, with light berry notes, lovely acidity and delicate tannins.
