Pinot Noir 2022 14.5% 75cl

This is a fantastic unoaked Uco Valley Pinot Noir, from a single vineyard sitting at 1300 meters above sea level, the grapes are crushed both as whole bunch and as berries, before being gravity fed into the stainless steel fermentation tanks. This leads to a unique wine with an attractive plumpness of texture that's velvet smooth on the mid-palate. The wine is juicy and full, yet with no hint of over extraction, with wild strawberry and raspberry fruit, and a refreshing acidity.
