Barsol Quebranta Pisco Primero

With Pisco, the aim is to create a brandy that is a pure expression of the excellent Peruvian grape varieties that go into the process. Unadulterated by oak maturation, this estate bottled spirit is intensely flavoured. Combine with egg white, lime juice and sugar syrup to make a Pisco Sour.
