Tempus Light Becomes Her 5% 375ml

An apricot sour ale, created by the great team at Beavertown. They start with a golden ale, made up of wheat, oats, pale malt, and rye malt. This is then aged in a Foudre (a big oak barrel) with their house yeasts and bacteria cultures, which cause complex sour notes. They then add ripe apricots and leave to mature, adding apricot sweetness.
