Birch Wild Botanical Spirit

An unusual but very tasty spirit from Buck and Birch. The botanical spirit is made by combining spirit with raw sap, which is then seasoned with wild birch. 

The branch is each bottle is a birch branch from the forest where the sap was collected.

 

Official Tasting Notes

Almost like a fino sherry. Chilled and neat, it has a herbal, almost medicinal quality, with notes of rosemary, cinnamon and eucalyptus. With tonic, it expands and changes into a smooth, citrussy, refreshing drink.
