Farmhouse Spelt Lager 44cl

A socially distanced collaboration between Black Isle Brewery north of Inverness and Burning Sky Brewery near the south coast of England. The events of 2020 meant that it had to be a collaboration at a distance of 632 miles, but out of adversity has come this Spelt lager. Spelt is an ancient grain, that shares some qualities with wheat when brewing. Some of the first brewers in the world would have been brewing with Spelt, so you are drinking history.
