Peter Walser's brilliant Ceres plateau Syrah - from high altitude rocky sites, resulting in an elegant, tighter expression of this variety - almost Pinot-like aromatics. Really pure fruit, pepper & liquorice. Lifted & saline, with a beautifully compact core. Named after the little blonde boy Peter found standing in the road, whilst driving back from this Ceres plateau vineyard.
