The wine is a story, and the name is a story, which is true of many of Blank Bottle wines. A labour of love of the vineyard in Elgin, to make a Weisser Riesling, Sémillon, Chenin and Sauvignon blanc blend. Which then for a few different reasons came to be bottle aged for over six years, giving it richness and body.
