Bodegas Faustino González Cruz Vieja Palo Cortado en Rama

This super-traditional family bodega farm all their own vineyards, working towards organic certification. The base wines are fermented in old oak, giving an extra layer of complexity, & sulphites are used sparingly. The Palo Cortado is aged 1 year biologically, 14 years oxidatively. Brisk, tangy, a whiff of sea salt.
