Bodegas Lustau Pedro Ximénez San Emilio

This sherry is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, all grown in Spain by Bodegas Lustau. After fermentation, the wine ages in a solera system for an average of 12 years before bottling.

Food Pairing
Serve with rich desserts, cakes and pastries, or pour over vanilla ice cream. Perfect companion to for strong blue cheeses. Ideal as a digestive.

Official Tasting Notes
The aromas are reminiscent of figs, raisins and dates. Enormously sweet, velvety and soft on the palate, well balanced, with a very long finish.
