An incredible wine that well earns its reputation. Winemaker Marc Kent is secretive about how exactly the wine is made, making slight adjustments from vintage to vintage leaving us with an ever-interesting wine that gradually evolves. What we do know is that it contains Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, cabernet Sauvignon and a bit of Viognier.
