Boon Framboise 37.5cl

A spontaneously fermented beer, made from old and young Lambic that matured in oak barrels. As much as 300 grams of fresh raspberries per litre are added to the Lambic, alongside 30 grams of cherries, which come through in the brilliant dark pink colour of the beer as well as the fresh fruity sour flavour, which makes it into the perfect summer refreshment.
