Boon Geuze Black Label

First released in 2015 to celebrate the brewery's 40th anniversary, this Lambic beer undergoes a particularly rigorous level of fermentation, which means that almost all fermentable sugars in those oak barrels are fermented.

The Black Label then matures for at least another year in Boon's cellars before it is allowed to leave the brewery. This results in a concentrated, extra dry style of beer, with distinct variants among the different vintages.
