Bottega Vinai Trentino Pinot Nero 2019

Pinot Nero from the Trentino region in the mountanous north east of Italy. This wine is 95% Pinot Nero, 5% Lagrein, traditionally macerated for 7 to 8 days, before a short period in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in oak.

Official Tasting Notes
A fine and approachable style of Pinot Noir with aromas of redcurrants and cherry, combined with spicy, savoury, gently toasty notes. Fresh and nuanced palate with subtle red berry characteristics, soft tannins, balanced acidity and a juicy red fruit finish.
