Gin Liqueur 24% 70cl

Developed by the folks behind hugely successful Edinburgh bar Bramble, this liqueur is tailor made for the cocktail of the same name - though it of course has many other uses. Drawing on inspiration from traditional Creme de Mure, this liqueur has added complexity through a London dry gin base - as opposed to neutral - and with the addition of blackcurrant, lending a touch of acidity to the usual blackberry-only formula. Try it with tonic or ginger ale for a long drink, or with some bubbles for a Kir-Royale style celebration.
