Official Tasting Notes

Nose – A gentle aroma reminiscent of late Spring offers up fresh pine and gentle suggestions of green lemons integrated with distinctive aromatics of elderflower.

Palate – A delightful combination of crisp ripe apples married with zesty citrus flavours and enhanced by exotic floral notes. This elegant, balanced mouthfeel becomes increasingly complex with the interplay of secondary flavours of fruit and light spice evolving across the palate.

Finish – Refined from start to finish, the classic citrus and juniper flavours combine with increasingly fruity notes and the introduction of more herbaceous and peppery elements, invoking cucumber peel and tomato leaves.
