Stunning Amontillado from the Blanco Bros' Paco & Pepe. Harvested late to retain structure & varietal personality throughout biological ageing - 7 years in solera of Blanquito Manzanilla Pasada, then 4 to 5 years further oxidative ageing. This has noticable Manzanilla character from its time spent ageing under flor.
