Caorunn Scottish Gin

Created at the Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Caorunn gin has lovely berry and apple notes. Apple is quite an unusual botanical in gin, and they recommend garnishing your G&T with a slice of apple to bring out this botanical. They use a Copper Berry Chamber which is a piece of equipment that allows for a slow infusion of the spirit with the botanicals.

Nose – Fresh, floral, citrus, slightly spicy and aromatic.
