Tasari Grillo 75cl

Caruso & Minini’s Tasari Bianco is made entirely from Grillo grapes grown in the hilly Sicillian region of Italy. This is a fresh, floral delicately balanced wine; a mineral, slightly briny white infused in character by the sea breeze adding a zingy freshness and depth. Stefano Caruso and Mario Minini's family has been producing wine for over a century, with the first vines being planted in the nineteenth century by great-grandfather Antonio. The estate is now on the third generation of winemakers. Tasari means “you must rise again”, with a strong reference to the Sicilian dialect, and the land.
