Casamigos Mezcal

Produced by a fourth generation family of mezcaleros, this artisinal mezcal is made with 100% Espadin agave.  The agave is roasted in an earthen pit for 4-6 days, before being crushed by a tahona wheel. It is then fermented for 6-8 days before double distillation in copper pot stills. 

Official Tasting Notes

Nose –  Fragrant herbal and fruit, with hints of smoke.

Palate –  Notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
