This red wine is made from Nebbilio grapes, which are grown in the Piedmont region, Italy. To quote Amabile the Vineyard owner: “It’s the land that provides the difference, the wine provides the medium”. In keeping with these values, all of the harvesting and sorting is done by hand and herbicides are avoided. Likewise, native yeasts and minimal sulphur are used in the vinification process - further evidence of this meticulous attention to detail. This allows the wines to speak for themselves resulting in deliciously complex Barolos.
