Produced using the Champagne method, Cave de Turckheim Crémant d’Alsace Brut is made from organically grown Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris. It has a 2nd fermentation in bottle, and is aged for 24 months on the lees. It shows the quality of Alsace grapes in a sparkling wine.
Official Tasting Notes This traditional method sparkling wine offers fine bubbles and fruity flavours. Applely, floral Pinot Blanc and spicy honeyed Auxerrois are traditionally vinified together, and the Pinot Gris brings body and weight. Fresh, intense and well-balanced, crisp and supple.
