Cave de Turckheim Pinot Blanc Terres de Granit 2021

A blend of the spicy Auxerrois Blanc grape with a small amount of the fruitier Pinot Blanc grape, gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks. A wine that can go with most foods, from seafood, to chicken, pasta to cured meats. The Munster Valley, where these grapes are grown, has a granitic soil, hence the name.

With honey and nectarine on the nose, the palate shows bright lemon and stonefruit flavours, pure concentrated minerality with rich palate weight and great texture. Profound and complex.
