Chairman's Reserve 2011 Lucky Liquor Exclusive

A single cask bottling from Chairman's reserve, exclusively bottled for Lucky Liquor in partnership with our sister company Royal Mile Whiskies. They have selected this 8-year-old, matured in a bourbon cask for its delectable fruit notes and complexity on the palate. It is a 50:50 blend of column and double retort pot still rum. Chosen for its punchiness, making it an excellent sipping rum, or cocktail rum.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Dried pineapple chunks along with oranges, mangoes and unripe bananas.

Palate – Salted limes, vegetal and some subtle herbs.
