Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks Rum

Chairman's Reserve produce full flavoured, rich and spicy rums. Their Forgotten Casks bottling has been created to pay homage to the original forgotten casks, which survived a terrible warehouse fire that befell St Lucia distillers in 2007. These casks were too old for the standard Chairman's Reserve releases and were instead released as the Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks. The rums with this bottling are between 7 and 12 years old.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – A wonderfully intense nose of sweet raisin, sultana, with hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak.

Palate – Sweet honeyed fruit and spices giving a balanced and complex rum.
