With Hugo Serveaux 23rd April

We are honoured to have Hugo Serveaux from Champagne Serveaux Fils taking us through the Maison that his Grandfather founded. He did this by taking a loan from a First World War veteran, clearing land in the Marne valley that had seen such a tumultuous few years of battle. Two generations later, and the family run estate has 15 hectares producing delicious wine with particular attention on showcasing the merits of Meunier.
