Chartreuse Green Liqueur

An immensely complex liqueur still made by Carthusian monks in the Chartreuse mountains. It contains 130 botanicals and, unusually for a liqueur or spirit, experiences further aging in the bottle.

Staff Tasting Notes
Hugely varied, with some anise notes and various herbs and spices detectable. Due to the unique combination of so many botanicals, it is hard to say that Chartreuse tastes definitely like anything except Chartreuse.
