Produced in the south west of France, in the Galliac area, which has some of the most ancient vineyards in France. The native Galliac grapes of Loin de l'Oeil (68%), Mauzac Blanc (17%) and Ondenc (15%) make up this wine, with the Loin de l'Oei bringing full, ripe fruit notes with some acidity, Mauzac Blanc contributing a crispness and Ondenc providing more aromatic notes, and an extra level of acidity. A bright wine for the beginning of the meal, or with soft cheeses. The vineyard is owned by former French Rugby international Eric Lépine who is a strong advocate for organic wines in terms of land management and producing wines with authenticity.

Official Tasting Notes From 3 hectares of vines grown on clay-limetone soil, this energetic and organic Gaillac Blanc has a fresh, herbal nose with savoury and mineral notes and rich, round citrus flavours on the palate paired with gentle acidity.
