Chateau Musar Hochar Pere et Fils Red 2019

From a single vineyard near the village of Aana in the Bekaa Valley, this is a blend of cinsault, grenache and cabernet sauvignon, with an average vine age of 30 years old. Individual components are fermented in concrete, before ageing for 6-9 months in French oak. The components are then blended and bottled without filtration.

Nose – Red cherries, sweet smoke and cinnamon spice aromas.

Palate – Cherry notes and subtle earthy notes on the rich, concentrated palate.
