Cimarron Blanco Tequila

Cimmaron tequila is hand crafted from 100% Blue Agave that is harvested from the higher elevations of Atotonilco, Jalisco. The piñas are slow roasted and fermented with wine-makers yeast. It is produced with a drier profile for the ideal cocktail.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose –  Vegetable and earthy notes of blue agave, with a subtle touch of spices.

Palate –  Dry and round with vegetable flavours of raw agave and wet earth.
