An almond syrup from the Giffard team. Works well in a hot chocolate, or in a Mai Tai (a brilliant rum-based cocktail). Giffard have been creating fine cocktail syrup infused since the late 1800's.

Vanilla is quite a versatile flavour and can be used in lots of cocktails depending on your taste. For something a bit left field, you could try it in a mulled wine or hot toddy.
