Corte Vetusto Espadin Mezcal

Winner of many awards, including but not limited to, Double Gold at the American Distilling Institute's Judging of Craft Spirits, 2021, and Gold for Taste at the Bartenders's Brand Awards 2020.

This artisanal Mezcal is made from mature Espadin agave cooked for 4 days in an earthen brick oven fired with mesquite wood. The cooked piña are milled with a horse-drawn volcanic stone tahona, fermented with wild yeast, and double distilled to proof in small 250L copper pot stills.
