Distilled in in the Glasgow Barras in a small copper pot ban marie, Crossbill Gin is unique in its creation. They only use 2 botanicals, one of which is Scottish juniper, which is very rare within gin production (most juniper comes from mainland Europe). Both botanicals are freshly picked, and freshly added, rather than dried. Although there are only 2 botanicals, this spirit has lots of different flavours.
