Cu Bocan Signature Bourbon Oloroso & Virgin Oak Casks

Cu Bocan is the name given to the lightly peated whisky made at Tomatin. Tomatin have taken an exprerimental approach to this range of whiskies. The Signature's maturation consists of three different casks; Oloroso sherry butts, virgin oak casks and bourbon barrels, each one lending it's distinctive character to the finished bottling.
