Dark Matter Spiced Rum

Dark Matter rum is a heavily spiced rum, and we really mean heavily spiced. Plenty of peppercorns, ginger, and BBQ sauce notes. If you love spiced rum, give this one a go! Produced in Banchory, Dark Matter are the first rum distiller in Scotland, although a good few have followed since they launched in 2015.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Sweet & sour pork, peppercorn and balsamic vinegar.

Palate – Chewy ginger notes, more peppercorn, chilli, plum and raisin.
