Daschbosch Skin Contact Steen & Hanepoot, Breedekloof 2022

90% Chenin Blanc, 10% Muscat of Alexandria from the Breedekloof region of South Africa. Grapes are de-stemmed, sorted, crushed and fermented on skins. The wine then spends six ageing on skins before being racked, blended and bottled. Floral, pithy and full, with marked fruit tannins.
