This dessert wine is made from 90% Furmint, 10% Hárslevelü grapes, which are grown in Tokaj-Hegyalja, Hungary. Disznókö is a centennial winery that was classified “Premier Cru” in 1734, spreading across 130 hectares and located in the perfect environment to nurture “noble rot”, with clay-volcanic soils found on south-facing terraces.

Official Tasting Notes Disznókö Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos is a luscious wine that captivates from the outset with aromas of dried apricots, mango, and nuances of caramel, fresh honey, and exotic spices that invite a tempting sip. On the palate, it presents as rich and creamy, with a vibrant acidity that perfectly balances its sweetness, while hints of orange blossom caress the palate. Each sip is a moment to savour slowly, ideal for refined desserts or simply to indulge in the sheer hedonism of an extraordinary wine.
