Aged Premier Cru Pinot Noir, from excellent Rue de Chaux vineyard in Burgundy. Only 5 barrels produced, selected for its excellence.

Vinification is traditional, with nearly all of the fruit de-stemmed and given a long maceration of 15-25 days. Unfiltered, unfined and aged in a large proportion of new French oak.

The Ambroise wines are typically muscular and this vintage of the Rue de Chaux is no exception - Full of flavour and intensity, ripe, chewy and complex.
