A delightful pinot noir from Cote de Nuits, Burgundy. Ambroise wines date back to the 18th century beginning with a humble few parcels which have now been worked over several lifespans leaving a legacy which you can taste. A true staple of lightly sweet yet savoury Burgundies.

Staff Tasting Notes
Primarily it’s elegant fruits but still doesn’t lose that savoury edge. Medium acidity, undergrowth earthiness, an ever so slight spicy oak which doesn’t obstruct but instead uplifts. Extremely long, perfumed finish.
