Official Tasting Notes Ever been put off by disappointing Jurancon? Think again - this is a wonder. So tantalising - dry but mellifluous, with apricot kernel, cooked bramley apple with a scattering of toasty, crunchy oats and cobnuts. An awful lot to sink your teeth into and ponder over, as you enjoy with some delicious salted almonds (our favourite pairing.) It almost has something salted almond about it on the palate too, and with baked hay as well. The texture is phenomenal. By now I am sure you'll be able to tell we really REALLY love this wine.
