Pouilly Fuisse Les Crays 2021 13.5% 75cl

A beautifully textured wine from Domaine Guerrin. Lovely passionfruit notes, and minerality. Planted at high altitude, in chalky limestone soil which contributes to the structure on the palate. This is a single vineyard Pouilly Fuisse, from the excellent 'Les Crays' vineyard. Aged for 12 months, mainly in old oak, for a subtle touch of oak.
