Roc-Epine Lirac Rouge 2021 75cl

From an estate rich in history, Jean-Pierre Lafond and Pascal Pierre (his father) are part of a family wine estate which stretches back to the late 16th century. They have been farming their estate organically since 2009, gaining certification in 2012. This is a delicious starting point to the character of Lirac. Powerful, dense, and deep ruby in colour. Vanilla, ripe cherries, and a hint of pepper dominate the nose. The finish is long with incredibly smooth almost velvety tannins.
