This wine comes from the Sur La Roche vineyard, commonly known as one of Vergisson’s finest vineyards. With the majority of the vineyard classed as Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru. This is a great example of the Macon and the elegance achieved by the domaine. Rich, generous, with well judged new oak. Think tropical fruits intertwined with candied lemon, elderflower, and a hint of brioche. A fantastic wine, from a fantastic producer.
