Donzoko Endless Graft Dry Hopped Super Saison

A pale ale with influence from Belgian ales, brewed with beaujolais yeast which brings estery notes to the beer. Made with spelt and rye, with Monroe and Celeia hops which gives a piney bitterness to this 9.8% saison.

Donzoko Brewery were based in Hartlepool, but have now moved up to Edinburgh, based in Jane Street, Leith, which is becoming a bit of a brewers street!
